Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:
Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff during shifts.
Ensure excellent guest service and handle customer concerns.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming and discipline.
Ensure restaurant SOPs, hygiene and safety standards are followed.
Assist with inventory, wastage and operational controls.
Support staff training and performance management.
Handle POS/cash operations when required.
Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily reporting and operational requirements.

Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality operations.
Solid communication and team-management skills.
Experience in casual/premium dining preferred.
Ability to work adaptable shifts, weekends and holidays.
Valuable knowledge of restaurant operations and guest service.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
