Position: Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Manager in daily café operations.
Supervise and coordinate the café team.
Manage staff shifts and daily duties.
Ensure good customer service.
Maintain food quality, hygiene and cleanliness.
Monitor stock and support inventory management.
Handle customer concerns professionally.
Maintain staff discipline and teamwork.
Support sales and operational targets.
Take charge of the café in the Manager’s absence.

Requirements
1–2 years of café/restaurant experience preferred.
Valuable communication and leadership skills.
Team management and problem-solving ability.
Responsible and positive attitude.
Willingness to work in shifts.
