Job Responsibilities
Handle pre-primary classes and create a secure, caring, and child-friendly learning workplace.
Plan and conduct age-appropriate classroom activities.
Teach basic concepts, alphabets, numbers, rhymes, stories, and valuable habits.
Prepare lesson plans and teaching-learning materials.
Maintain classroom discipline and ensure the safety and well-being of children.
Monitor students' learning progress and developmental milestones.
Communicate regularly with parents about students' progress and behavior.
Maintain attendance, student records, and assessment reports.
Organize celebrations, activities, and special classroom events.
Coordinate with the academic team and follow school policies.
Qualifications
Any relevant degree; NTT, ECCE, Montessori, or B.Ed. qualification preferred.
Previous experience in pre-primary teaching is an advantage.
Valuable communication and classroom management skills.
Patience, creativity, and a genuine interest in working with young children.
Basic computer knowledge preferred.
