Job Summary

Purplle Beauty Academy is looking for a passionate and experienced Beauty Academy Trainer to train students in skilled makeup, skincare, beauty products, and grooming. The candidate will deliver theoretical and practical sessions, develop students’ professional skills, and prepare them for career opportunities in the beauty and cosmetics industry.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct classroom and hands-on practical training sessions for enrolled students.
Train students in makeup application, skincare, beauty products, and personal grooming.
Demonstrate everyday makeup, party makeup, bridal makeup, and other relevant techniques.
Educate students on product knowledge, skin types, skin tones, and suitable beauty products.
Train students in customer consultation, communication, and professional presentation.
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and practical assignments.
Assess student performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Maintain attendance, training records, and student progress reports.




Support student engagement, course completion, and placement readiness.
Keep updated on the latest beauty trends, cosmetic products, and industry practices.

Candidate Requirements
Education: Plus Two or graduation preferred, with a skilled certification or diploma in Makeup, Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the beauty industry; prior training or teaching experience is preferred.
Strong practical knowledge of makeup techniques, skincare, and beauty products.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing students.
Ability to conduct both theoretical and practical training sessions.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experienced makeup artists, cosmetologists, beauty professionals, or beauty trainers.
Candidates with experience in beauty academies, salons, cosmetic brands, or beauty retail training.
Candidates who can join at short notice will be preferred.
