Hiring: HR Associate / Placement Coordinator

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Experience: 0–3 Years

Qualification: MBA (HR / Human Resources preferred)

Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA

Key Responsibilities
Identify job openings and coordinate interviews with employers.
Establish and maintain connections with colleges and placement departments.
Candidates with prior experience working with colleges, particularly in placement coordination, are preferred.
Prospects are also open to working placements officers in colleges on a freelance basis.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of HR practices, recruitment, and placement processes.




Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleges and corporate recruiters.

Eligibility
MBA in HR, Human Resources, or a related specialization preferred.
Candidates with 0–3 years of experience are eligible.
Prior experience in college placement coordination, corporate recruitment, or HR activities will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
