Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and support to our medical team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills with good computer knowledge, strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the medical team.
Administer medications and treatments: Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by the medical team.
Conduct vital sign checks: Monitor and record patients' vital signs, including temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation.
Maintain accurate records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Collaborate with the medical team: Work collaboratively with the medical team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes.

Requirements:




Qualifications: Bsc Nursing from a recognized institution.
Registration: Registered with the Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council.
Experience: Minimum 3 +years of experience in a hospital setting.
Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical demands: Ability to lift, push, and pull patients, equipment, and supplies.
