Job Responsibilities
Coordinate daily project activities and ensure work is completed on schedule.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Coordinate with different departments, team members, vendors, and clients.
Maintain project documentation, records, schedules, and status reports.
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
Arrange project meetings and communicate updates to management.
Track project materials, resources, and work-related requirements.
Identify delays or issues and report them to the project manager.

Required Skills
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel,



Word, power point, and email.
Robust organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to prepare reports and maintain records.
Relevant experience in project coordination is preferred.
