We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Manager to oversee financial operations, maintain accurate records and ensure timely accounting and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, ledger entries and bank reconciliations.

Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing and payment follow-ups.

Prepare monthly financial reports, profit and loss statements and expense summaries.

Manage GST returns, TDS, tax documentation and other statutory compliance requirements.

Reconcile bank accounts, vendor statements, customer accounts and marketplace settlements.

Monitor cash flow, expenses, outstanding payments and working capital.

Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors and external consultants for financial matters.

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely closure of monthly accounts.





Support budgeting, cost control and financial planning.

Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and finance.

Graduate in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com or CA Inter is an advantage.

Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Tally Prime and MS Excel.

Experience in bank reconciliation, taxation, financial reporting and vendor management.

Familiarity with e-commerce accounting and marketplace settlements is preferred.

Solid analytical skills, attention to detail and time management.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounting responsibilities.
