Roles and Responsibilities
Contact prospective customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements, budgets, and property investment preferences.
Explain project details, location, pricing, amenities, and payment plans.




Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into sales opportunities.
Arrange and coordinate property site visits.
Assist customers throughout the property selection and booking process.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Achieve assigned sales targets and site-visit targets.
Maintain records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Coordinate with the Sales Manager and marketing team to improve lead conversions.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹56,000.00 per month
