Business Development Intern (BDI)

CareerSecure is looking for a target-driven Business Development Intern for a 2-month internship to build relationships with universities and colleges, organize workshops and career sessions, generate student leads, and drive enrollments for our programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Connect with universities, colleges, TPOs, and placement teams to explore collaboration prospects.
Coordinate workshops, career sessions, and student engagement activities.
Generate, identify, and qualify potential student leads.
Counsel students, conduct follow-ups, and convert interested prospects into program enrollments.
Build and maintain robust relationships with colleges and placement teams.
Manage calls, meetings, lead tracking,



and follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.
Work towards assigned targets and contribute to business growth.

Eligibility Criteria:
Graduates and pursuing graduates are eligible to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust English communication skills.
MTI Versant Score of 5 or 6 only.
A target-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Internship Duration: 2 Months

Working Schedule:
6 days working.
Work from office.

Location: Noida

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
