Job Description for HRE:
Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate joining.
Manage employee onboarding, induction and documentation.
Coordinate with team and management regarding manpower requirements and recruitment planning.
Handle payroll inputs, salary-related data, and attendance/leave records in coordination with the team.
Address employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR-related concerns.
Coordinate performance appraisals, confirmation, transfers, and other employee lifecycle activities with HR Manager.
Prepare regular HR reports, MIS, and recruitment status reports for management.
Support employee engagement activities, and other HR initiatives as required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
