Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel for field sales activities.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Generate leads and acquire current customers for gold loan products.
Promote gold loan schemes and explain loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options to customers.
Handle customer enquiries and guide them through the gold loan process.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Conduct field visits and local market activities to generate business leads.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
Coordinate with the branch team for documentation, verification, and loan disbursement.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
