Job Title: Jr. BIM Modeler
Experience: 6 months - Upto 1 years
Education: Diploma or B. E in Civil Engineering
Technical Skill: Proficient in Revit Architecture (Mandatory) (Structurer can apply) Company: UBP ONE Private Limited (UniquesCadd)

Key Responsibilities:

Create initial REVIT® Project setup with workflow documents.
 Initiate Model for each project and prepare for production team.
 Provide BIM/REVIT® project kick-off information.
 Work as part of a BIM/CAD support team to achieve consistent results.
 Daily modelling production and do the QC of the productions.
 Provide REVIT® Architecture and BME desktop support.
 Over-the-shoulder training, developing and shadowing to co-team members.
 Content creation: Families such as parametric, formula, nested and schedules.
 Work with architecture disciplines on content received and update them as per the BME’s Standards.




 Support linked views and others in multiple models situation.
 Integration of REVIT® products with other applications (AutoCAD, Takentool, Dynamo).
 Working knowledge of BIM industry workflows, production cycle and priorities.
 Ability to uphold the use of standards and escalate issues in a timely fashion.

Qualifications Required:
 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related degree.
 Proven work experience in BIM projects.
 Extensive knowledge of Revit Architecture software.
 A detailed oriented and creative individual.  Ability to meet deadlines and multitasking.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
