JOB DESCRIPTION – SKILLING COORDINATOR

Designation: Skilling Coordinator | Department: Skill Development / Training

Location: Hyderabad | Freshers

Job Summary

Shri Technologies (India) LLP is looking for a well-organized Skilling Coordinator to coordinate skill development and training activities, support candidate mobilization and onboarding, maintain program records, and work closely with trainers, training centres, and placement teams to ensure the smooth execution of skilling initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate day-to-day activities for skill development and training programs.

· Coordinate candidate mobilization, registration, onboarding, attendance, and follow-ups.

· Liaise with trainers, training centres, employers, and placement teams to ensure smooth program delivery.

· Prepare and maintain candidate records, attendance sheets, assessment details, and training documentation.

· Track candidate participation, progress, assessments, and course completion.

· Assist with training schedules, assessments, certifications, and placement activities.

· Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly progress reports and share updates with management.

· Address candidate queries and escalate issues when required.

· Ensure records and program activities are completed within timelines and according to organizational requirements.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; relevant training or skill development qualifications are an advantage.

· Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and accurate data entry.

· Robust communication, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
