Qualification
Any Degree
Previous experience in electronics/furniture retail or showroom management preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the electronics showroom.
Lead, supervise and motivate the sales team.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Monitor individual employee performance and productivity.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain proper showroom display, cleanliness and discipline.
Monitor stock, inventory and product movement.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales and branch performance reports.
Ensure proper attendance,



punctuality and adherence to company policies.
Support promotional activities and improve branch sales.
Ensure smooth overall functioning of the branch.

Valuable leadership and team-management skills
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel
