Position: Service Advisor
Location: Mancheswar, Bhubaneswar
Experience: 0–2 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
Industry: Automobile / Auto Service & Maintenance
Employment Type: Full time

Job Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their service needs
Open job cards and explain service details, estimated costs, and timelines
Coordinate with technicians and ensure timely service delivery
Follow up with customers on service progress and completion
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalate if necessary
Maintain service records and documentation accurately
Promote service packages and offers

Requirements:
0–2 years of experience as a Service Advisor (automobile industry preferred)




Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Basic technical knowledge of vehicles
Proficiency in MS Office and DMS software (preferred)
Ability to handle customer queries and deliver a positive experience

Education:
Diploma or Degree in Automobile Engineering or related field (preferred)
