Job Title: Accounts Executive / Accountant

Job Overview : We are looking for Fresher / an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to oversee daily financial transactions, manage GST/tax compliances, handle vendor and client billing, and ensure accurate ledger maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Accounting: Maintain daily day-to-day accounts, cash flow statements, and ledger postings using accounting software (Tally Prime / ERP).
Invoicing & Billing: Generate B2B/B2C invoices, sales orders, purchase orders, credit notes, and debit notes accurately.
Taxation & Compliance: Prepare, calculate, and coordinate GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS payments/returns within required deadlines.
Banking Operations: Perform periodic bank reconciliations (BRS), manage petty cash, process RTGS/NEFT payments, and handle day-to-day banking errands.
Receivables & Payables (AR/AP):



Follow up on outstanding customer payments, monitor aging summaries, verify supplier bills, and process vendor payments.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, MBA Finance, or equivalent.
Experience: 0 - 1 years of proven accounting experience in a manufacturing, distribution, trading, or packaging company.
Software Skills: High proficiency in Tally Prime / ERP 9 and MS Excel
Regulatory Knowledge: Sound knowledge of Indian GST laws, TDS deductions, and e-way bill generation.
Personal Attributes: Robust numerical aptitude, integrity, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of local language (Tamil) and English for client/vendor communication.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
