Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented professional to build relationships with HR leaders, generate business prospects, and strengthen SIPMAA’s network across industries.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and develop connections with HR professionals across industries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders and corporate organizations.
Identify business opportunities through networking, meetings, and professional associations.
Demonstrate solid influencing, communication, and negotiation skills.
Establish connections with educational institutions and industry partners.
Develop and maintain a database of HR professionals, organizations, and potential partners.
Support SIPMAA’s HR engagement initiatives, events, and networking activities.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid networking, influencing, and negotiation abilities.
Good relationship management and lead-generation skills.
Proficiency in database management and follow-ups.
Tamil communication is mandatory; Hindi is an added advantage.
Must have a two-wheeler for local travel.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
