Job Description – Support Engineer

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Support Engineer with good English communication skills and basic computer knowledge to manage support-related activities and maintain proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and provide timely support.
Manage emails and respond to queries professionally.
Maintain records and prepare reports using MS Word and Excel.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
Perform day-to-day support and documentation tasks.

Required Skills:
Valuable command of written and verbal English.
Working knowledge of Gmail, MS Word, and MS Excel.
Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Qualification:
BE, B.Tech, B.Sc. (Computer Science), or PGDCA.
