Ensure business growth and diversity of IGL products in the region as per business plan
Analyse productivity, efficiency gaps of areas and branches and plug the same
Ensure team is taking preventive and curative measures in the region to maintain high quality portfolio
Ensures rules and norms of the company related to HR, Admin, training are adhered strictly in pursuit of the risk management and defined process
Ensures process and procedures of IGL adhered strictly in pursuit of business growth in the branch
Visits field to observe field activities to ensure these processes are followed in compliance of the operational policy and procedure in the region.
Review Branch MIS data to ensure accuracy.




Closing the audit actions in the Branch level .
Provide guidance and training to the existing branch staff of IGL
Provide feedback to the staff to improve performance
Resolve internal conflicts at Branch level

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
