The candidate will be responsible for coordinating customer bookings, supervising staff, scheduling pet care services, monitoring daily activities and ensuring smooth operations from dog check-in to check-out.
Daily Operations: Manage dog check-ins, check-outs, boarding arrangements and daily pet care activities.
Staff Supervision: Assign duties, monitor staff performance and ensure work is completed on time.
Service Scheduling: Coordinate bathing, grooming, swimming, feeding and pickup/drop services.
Customer Coordination: Handle customer enquiries, booking updates, special requests and complaints professionally.
Google Sheets & WhatsApp: Maintain booking records, update daily dashboards and coordinate through WhatsApp groups.
Pet Safety & Hygiene: Monitor kennel cleanliness, pet safety, feeding schedules and overall facility hygiene.
Problem Solving: Handle operational issues, customer concerns and emergencies efficiently.
Daily Reporting: Provide management with updates on dog attendance, scheduled services, completed tasks and pending work.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
