About the Role

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Franchise Business Development Manager to drive franchise expansion and business growth for our professional hair salon and spa brand.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute franchise expansion strategies.
Identify potential franchise partners, investors, and entrepreneurs.
Generate and convert franchise leads into successful business partnerships.
Present franchise business models, investment plans, and expansion opportunities.
Identify recent markets and suitable locations for salon and spa expansion.
Manage the complete franchise sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
Coordinate with operations, marketing, and project teams for new franchise launches.
Achieve monthly and annual franchise acquisition targets.





Candidate Requirements
5–10 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or franchise expansion.
Experience in the salon, spa, beauty, wellness, or retail industry preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and deal-closing skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
