Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to coordinate dispatches, manage shipment documentation, track deliveries, and ensure the timely movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily dispatches, deliveries, and transportation arrangements.
Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and dispatch documents.
Track shipments and coordinate with transporters, courier partners, and customers.
Maintain dispatch records, delivery proofs, and logistics documentation.
Follow up on delayed deliveries and resolve shipment-related issues.
Coordinate with warehouse, accounts, and sales teams for smooth order processing.
Monitor transportation costs and prepare logistics reports.
Ensure proper handling and dispatch of pharmaceutical products as per company procedures.
Maintain records of returned goods, damaged shipments, and delivery discrepancies.

Required Skills




Positive knowledge of logistics, dispatch, and transportation coordination.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and logistics documentation.
Familiarity with invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Requirements
Graduate in any relevant field; B.Com / BBA preferred.
1–3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or supply chain operations.
Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
