Roles & Responsibilities
Office mein aane wale customers aur visitors ko greet karna.
Phone calls attend karna aur inquiries ka jawab dena.
Customers ko laundry, washing aur dry-cleaning services ki information dena.
Appointments, customer records aur daily office work manage karna.
Staff ke saath coordination karna aur office ko properly manage karna.

Required Skills
Valuable communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Polite and qualified behaviour
Hindi communication; basic English preferred
