Job Description: Sales Lead Generator

Experience and Qualifications
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, telecalling, inside sales, or business development.
Experience in B2B sales, construction, real estate, elevators, or infrastructure will be an added advantage.
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, internet research, and CRM tools.
Robust communication, customer handling, and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business leads for City Lift's elevator and lift solutions.
Identify potential customers, including builders, developers, architects, contractors, consultants, housing societies, and commercial establishments.
Conduct outbound calls, email outreach, and WhatsApp follow-ups to identify prospective customers.
Research upcoming construction projects and identify opportunities for new lift installations and modernisation.
Qualify leads based on customer requirements, project location, budget indicators, and purchase timelines.
Schedule customer meetings and site visits for the sales team.




Maintain an udated lead database and record all follow-up activities.
Prepare daily and weekly lead generation reports.
Coordinate with the sales teamp to ensure timely follow-up and conversion of qualified leads.

Required Skills

Experience in cold calling and lead generation.
Solid follow-up and customer relationship skills.
Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.

Performance Expectations

The candidate will be evaluated on the number and quality of leads generated, qualified enquiries, appointments scheduled, follow-up consistency, and contribution to the sales pipeline.

Preferred Candidate: A self-motivated professional with 1–2 years of experience in lead generation who can identify potential customers and create consistent business opportunities for City Lift.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
