Our Home Loan Specialists are stationed at premium developer projects and work closely with property buyers and the developer's sales team to deliver seamless home loan solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Meet customers referred by the developer's Sales team.
Assess loan eligibility and understand funding requirements.
Recommend the best-fit bank from our 15+ banking partners.
Guide customers through documentation, login, sanction, and disbursement.
Coordinate with banks, developer CRM, Sales, Sourcing & Closing teams.
Ensure timely follow-ups and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Cross-sell Loan Secure Protection Insurance (LSPI) after loan disbursement.

Working Time: 10 am - 6.30 pm (Sunday Working, 1 day off in week)
