Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer to manage and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities for commercial building and university projects. The candidate should have relevant site execution experience, solid technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate MEP site execution activities for commercial and university projects.
Monitor the installation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems, as applicable to the project.
Review MEP drawings, layouts, and technical specifications to ensure proper site execution.
Coordinate with civil, architectural, structural, and other engineering teams to resolve site-related issues.
Monitor contractors, subcontractors, manpower deployment, and daily project progress.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.




Monitor material requirements and coordinate timely availability of materials at the site.
Conduct site inspections and coordinate testing and commissioning activities.
Identify execution issues and ensure timely corrective actions.
Maintain daily progress reports, inspection records, and project documentation.
Assist with snagging, final inspections, and project handover activities.

Eligibility Criteria
Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a relevant discipline as per project requirements.
6–8 years of relevant MEP engineering experience.
Experience in commercial building or university/campus projects is required.
Solid knowledge of MEP site execution, drawings, installation practices, and coordination.
Positive communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
Willingness to work at the project location in Bangalore.
