Handle daily accounting and billing work for the shop.

Prepare sales invoices, quotations, and purchase orders.

Maintain sales, purchase, cash, and bank records.

Manage customer payments, outstanding balances, and follow-ups.

Handle GST billing and basic GST-related documentation.

Maintain stock records and coordinate with the store team.

Manage entries in Tally/ERP or other accounting software.

Maintain proper documentation and assist in day-to-day shop operations.

Qualification: B.Com or any relevant graduate.

Experience: 1–3 years in accounting, billing, or shop accounts. Experience in an industrial products or trading company will be preferred.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of billing, accounting, and GST.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Tally/ERP.

Valuable communication and record-keeping skills.

Ability to handle daily accounts independently.
