Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Frappe Developer to customize, develop, and maintain our Frappe/ERPNext platform, automate business processes, and improve system efficiency across departments.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize Frappe applications, ERPNext, and HRMS modules.
Build custom DocTypes, workflows, reports, dashboards, and forms.
Develop and maintain APIs and third-party integrations.
Automate business processes to reduce manual work.
Troubleshoot bugs, resolve technical issues, and optimize system performance.
Manage role-based permissions, access controls, and data security.
Handle server deployment, updates, backups, and maintenance.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, Sales, Operations, and other teams to understand requirements.
Maintain technical documentation and provide user support.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Frappe Framework and ERPNext.
Strong knowledge of Python, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.




Experience with MariaDB/MySQL and SQL queries.
Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
Understanding of Git, Linux, and server deployment.
Experience with workflow automation, reports, and custom app development.
Solid debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate
Experience customizing ERPNext or Frappe HRMS.
Knowledge of payroll, attendance, employee lifecycle, or other business workflows.
Experience integrating ERP systems with external applications.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
