Senior Accounts & Internal Auditor

Experience: 5–8 Years

Qualification: CA Inter / CMA Inter / M.Com / B.Com

Department: Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and review accounting operations, ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Conduct internal audits of financial transactions, inventory, expenses, procurement, and sales.
Ensure compliance with applicable IND AS, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Review financial statements, accounting treatments, provisions, and audit documentation.
Identify financial discrepancies, process gaps, and internal control weaknesses.
Prepare audit reports and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
Coordinate with statutory auditors and management for financial reporting and compliance.
⁠Check inventory valuation, stock records, material movement, and reconciliation with books of accounts.




Prepare internal audit reports highlighting observations, risks, recommendations, and corrective actions.
Follow up with respective departments to ensure timely closure of audit observations.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of accounting, internal auditing, and IND AS.
Practical experience in financial reporting and internal controls.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
Robust analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
Manufacturing industry experience will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate: A detail-oriented qualified with hands-on experience in internal audits, IND AS compliance, and financial reporting.
