What you'll do
1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Work closely with business users to understand their needs, pain points, and existing
processes.
- Elicit and document detailed requirements for RPA projects.
- Analyse business processes to identify automation opportunities.
2. Process Mapping and Design:
- Create process flow diagrams, user stories, and functional specifications.




- Collaborate with development teams to design RPA workflows.
- Define acceptance criteria for RPA deliverables.
3. Solution Development:
- Assist in configuring RPA tool (UiPath).
- Collaborate with developers to build and test RPA bots.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
4. Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Conduct unit testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) for RPA solutions.
- Identify and resolve defects.
- Validate that RPA bots meet business requirements.
5. Change Management and Deployment:
- Support change management activities related to RPA implementations.
- Coordinate deployment and post-implementation support.
- Train end-users on using RPA bots effectively.
