Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify current business opportunities and generate leads through field visits.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Monitor daily sales activities and provide coaching to improve team performance.
Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
Ensure timely collection of payments from customers where applicable.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Recruit, train, and mentor current sales team members.
Ensure adherence to company policies and sales processes.
