Job Description

We are looking for motivated candidates to join our team as Process Associates – Medical Billing. The role involves processing healthcare billing information, reviewing insurance and patient details, handling claims, and maintaining accurate billing records.

Key Responsibilities
Process medical billing and insurance claims accurately.
Review patient, insurance, and billing information.
Enter and update data in billing systems.
Verify claims for accuracy and completeness.
Identify and correct billing errors and discrepancies.
Handle claim rejections and denials as required.




Maintain billing documents and records.
Follow healthcare data privacy and confidentiality guidelines.
Meet assigned productivity and quality targets.
Work effectively during the night shift.

Eligibility & Skills
Any Degree
Willingness to work night shifts
Valuable communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Valuable typing and data-entry skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Knowledge of medical terminology is an added advantage
Previous experience in US Medical Billing
