Production Planning & Execution: Developing production plans, managing the manufacturing flow (cutting, sewing, finishing), and meeting strict deadlines.
Quality Assurance (QA): Implementing standards to ensure garments match design specifications and quality benchmarks.
Cost Control & Inventory: Monitoring expenses, reducing waste, and managing inventory for fabrics and materials.
Liaison Role: Acting as the bridge between designers and manufacturers to manage sampling, design changes, and bulk approvals.
Supplier & Team Management: Coordinating with vendors, training staff, and maintaining a secure and productive work setting
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
