Payism is a phygital B2B2C Digital commerce platform. We help merchants and retailers go digital and grow. We’re a startup, so things move fast and people own their work.

The Role
We’re looking for an Operations Manager who can keep daily operations running smoothly and fix what breaks. You’ll lead a team of 6, work with Sales, Tech, QC and Onboarding, and ensure our processes function effectively on the ground. You’ll be the person who connects the dots.

What You’ll Do
Run day-to-day operations across order flow, seller onboarding, quality checks and fulfilment
Lead, coach and review a team of 6 members, with clear targets and weekly check-ins
Work with Sales, Tech, QC and Finance teams to clear blockers quickly
Build and follow SOPs so work doesn’t depend on one person
Track KPIs and turn the numbers into straightforward weekly and monthly reports
Spot process gaps, find the root cause and fix it
Handle escalations from merchants,



vendors and customers
Support new launches and campaigns with solid ops planning

What We’re Looking For
MBA (Operations, General Management or similar)
4 to 6 years of total experience
At least 1 year on an e-commerce platform
Proven experience managing a team of 6 or more
Strong cross-functional work with sales, tech and finance teams
Good with data, Excel and reporting
Clear communicator in English, plus Telugu and Hindi
Startup experience is a plus

Other Details
Location: Hyderabad, work from office
Salary: ₹45,000 per month
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
