Job Title: Telecaller – Admissions
Organization: I Defence Academy, Nagpur
Job Responsibilities:
Call prospective students and parents to generate admission enquiries.
Explain courses, fees, hostel facilities, and Defence career prospects.
Follow up with interested candidates and convert enquiries into admissions.
Schedule counselling sessions and academy visits.
Maintain daily calling records and update lead status in CRM/Excel.
Achieve daily calling and monthly admission targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Hindi fluency; Marathi preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Salary: As per experience + performance-based incentives.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
