HR Recruitment Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Recruitment Intern to support our hiring process and gain hands-on experience in recruitment activities.

Job Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process.
Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Support HR team in onboarding coordination and documentation.
Prepare recruitment reports and maintain records using Excel.

Candidate Requirements
Pursuing or completed graduation in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).




Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Basic knowledge of hiring processes and candidate screening.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with prior recruitment internship or HR exposure will be preferred.

Working Hours

Wednesday to Monday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekly Off: Tuesday
