Pitch food packages to villa guests, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with guests to finalize food packages, communicate the details to the ground operations team, and ensure smooth delivery and reception.
Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and presentation in alignment with villa standards and guest expectations.
Monitor inventory, control costs, and maximize profitability through effective budget management.
Ensure after-sales service by following up with guests to assess their experience and liaising with the ground team accordingly.
Handle escalations as and when they arise.
Ensure reviews are collected in accordance with Ekostay standards.
Conduct mandatory introduction calls with all guests, reiterating food rules.
Allocate chefs as needed.
Manage Airbnb reviews.
Resolve any food-related problems.
