Job Summary

We are hiring experienced travel specialists for the Solutions Travel process. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate travel or the travel industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle customer queries through both voice and non-voice channels.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries related to corporate travel bookings, reservations, and travel arrangements.
Manage travel-related requests through voice calls, emails, and chat.
Assist customers with flight bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and other travel requirements.
Coordinate with airlines, travel partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining high service quality.
Maintain accurate booking records and update customer information in the system.
Follow company policies, process guidelines, and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Mandatory Requirements
Graduation is mandatory.




Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel or the travel industry.
Experience in a blended process (Voice + Non-Voice) is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid customer service, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of travel bookings, reservations, and travel operations.
