Job Title: Sales Executive

Reports To: Outlet Manager

Job Summary:

Responsible for driving outlet sales, assisting customers, promoting Chocochi products, and maintaining high standards of customer service and store presentation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Welcome customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable chocolates, gift hampers, and other products.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and product promotions.
Maintain attractive product displays, monitor stock levels, and ensure proper product storage and hygiene.
Manage billing, customer feedback, and daily sales reports while ensuring smooth outlet operations.

Requirements:
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
Ability to work in shifts and support weekend or holiday operations.
Customer-focused, disciplined, and motivated to achieve sales targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
