Job Description

Antarvanam Resort & Farms is looking for a polite, hardworking, and guest-focused Bellboy to join our hospitality team. The candidate will assist guests with luggage, room orientation, and other guest service requirements to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and assist with luggage during check-in and check-out.
Escort guests to their rooms and explain room facilities and resort amenities.
Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
Coordinate with the front office, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
Assist guests with directions to the restaurant, swimming pool, parking area, and other resort facilities.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception entrance and luggage area.
Handle guest belongings carefully and report lost-and-found items to management.
Report maintenance issues, guest complaints, and safety concerns to the supervisor.
Follow resort grooming standards, duty schedules, and operational procedures.




Perform other guest service duties assigned by the manager.

Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly attitude and willingness to assist guests.
Physically fit and comfortable handling guest luggage.
Punctual, disciplined, and well-groomed.
Basic knowledge of Kannada and English preferred.
Previous hotel or resort experience is an advantage; freshers are welcome.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
