System Administrator & IT Support Specialist

Job Summary

Sixguards Safety Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled System Administrator & IT Support Specialist to manage IT infrastructure, support business software applications, maintain network and CCTV systems, and coordinate technical integrations.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain computers, operating systems, software, and IT peripherals.
Manage servers, routers, switches, network connectivity, firewalls, VPNs, and data backups.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for employees across all departments.
Odoo ERP Support: Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, coordinate system configuration, and assist with Odoo implementation and improvements.
Oracle Cloud AI Projects: Support IT infrastructure, system integration, and technical coordination related to Oracle Cloud AI projects.
IVR & Voice Integration: Maintain and troubleshoot IVR systems, voice integration, and related connectivity.
CCTV System Management:



Monitor and maintain the installed CCTV surveillance system and troubleshoot camera, recording, and connectivity issues.
Maintain IT asset inventory, system documentation, security controls, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Coordinate with software vendors and service providers for technical support and system upgrades.

Requirements
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Computer Hardware, Networking, IT, or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience in IT support, system administration, and networking.
Knowledge of hardware, networking, servers, firewalls, VPNs, and data backup.
Experience or familiarity with Odoo ERP, Oracle Cloud, AI-related integrations, IVR/voice systems, and CCTV is preferred.
Robust troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
