Make inbound & outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads.
Handle incoming inquiries about slimming, weight management, and wellness programs.
Explain clinic services, consultation procedures, and available packages clearly.
Schedule appointments and encourage prospective clients to visit the clinic for consultations.
Follow up with leads, interested customers, and existing clients.
Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups.
Achieve daily and monthly calling, appointment, and lead-conversion targets.
Build positive relationships with clients and provide professional customer service.
Coordinate with the clinic's sales and consultation team.
Maintain client confidentiality and follow clinic policies.
Good communication skills.
Previous experience in telecalling, telesales,



customer service, or the healthcare and wellness industry is preferred.
Freshers with positive communication skills may also apply.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp are preferred.
Good convincing, listening, and follow-up skills.
Positive attitude, patience, and a target-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
