Job Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, chat, and email.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Provide accurate information and maintain excellent customer service.
Coordinate with internal teams when required.
Maintain customer records and follow-ups.
Achieve assigned performance and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements
Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
Robust verbal and written English.
Confident and skilled personality.
Customer-focused approach.
