We're Hiring – Dispatch Executive

Position: Dispatch Executive
Industry: Chemical / Pharmaceutical
Location: Ahmedabad (SG Highway)

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate daily dispatch activities.
Prepare dispatch documents including invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and transport documentation.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, transporters, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor shipment schedules and maintain dispatch records.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and statutory requirements.
Follow up with transporters for shipment status and proof of delivery.
Maintain inventory movement records and support logistics operations.

Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: B.Com, B.Sc., or related field).
2–5 years of experience in dispatch/logistics within the Chemical or Pharmaceutical industry.
Valuable knowledge of GST documentation, e-way bills, and transport coordination.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems is preferred.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹11,136.44 - ₹34,679.70 per month
