They collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to track progress and support student well-being.

Student Guidance: Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address academic performance, study habits, and personal concerns.

Academic & Career Planning: Help students select courses, majors, or vocational tracks, and assist with college or university applications.

Assessments: Administer and interpret aptitude, interest, and personality tests to match students with viable career paths.

Collaboration: Meet with parents, teachers, and school administrators to resolve behavioral or learning roadblocks.
Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Counselling, or a related field.
Experience: Generally 1 to 3+ years of experience in academic advising, teaching, or a student-facing role.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
