Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on .NET Solution Architect / Blazor Technical Lead to modernize our existing EHR application built on ASP.NET Web Forms, jQuery, C#, APIs, and SQL Server into a scalable, contemporary application using Blazor, ASP.NET Core Web API, and SQL Server/PostgreSQL.

Key Responsibilities
Design scalable application architecture and define technical standards.
Lead migration from ASP.NET Web Forms to Blazor and ASP.NET Core.
Build reusable Blazor components and RESTful APIs.
Define security, performance, database, and integration standards.
Design scalable solutions supporting concurrent users.
Plan phased migration, testing, deployment, and rollback strategies.
Mentor developers and conduct architecture and code reviews.
Collaborate with product, QA, database, and infrastructure teams.

Required Skills




8–12+ years of .NET/C# development experience.
Solid hands-on experience with Blazor (minimum 2+ years preferred).
Expertise in ASP.NET Core Web API and REST API architecture.
Strong knowledge of SQL Server, stored procedures, transactions, and performance tuning.
Experience with application architecture, dependency injection, authentication, authorization, and automated testing.
Knowledge of IIS, load balancing, logging, monitoring, and production deployments.
Solid technical leadership, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience modernizing legacy ASP.NET Web Forms applications.
Healthcare/EHR application experience.
Experience designing high-concurrency enterprise applications and scalable systems.
