Job Description

Kovilpatti AsiaCandy is looking for a Customer Communication Executive who can communicate effectively with customers in Hindi and Tamil/English.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Communicate with Hindi-speaking customers and explain product details.
Follow up on customer enquiries and orders.
Coordinate with the sales team for order processing.
Maintain customer details and follow-up records.

Requirements
Hindi-speaking ability is mandatory.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
