Contact customers for enquiries, follow-ups, and order updates.
Maintain customer records and update CRM data.
Build good customer relationships and coordinate with the sales team.
Good communication skills in Tamil are preferred.
Showroom Promoter
Promote Pratica products and explain product features to customers.
Assist customers with product selection and enquiries.
Maintain product displays and ensure an attractive showroom presentation.
Good communication and customer-handling skills required.
Marketing Executive –
Visit existing customers and develop new business opportunities.
Promote Pratica products and generate sales orders.
Maintain customer relationships and follow up on payments.
Travel within the assigned market and achieve sales targets.

4.Merchandiser – Export & Buyer Coordination




Identify potential international buyers and develop current buyer contacts.
Handle export enquiries, quotations, and buyer communications.
Coordinate orders from sampling and product development to production and shipment.
Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
Manage export documentation, shipment schedules, and buyer requirements.
Maintain solid relationships with international buyers and explore current business opportunities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
