Understand customer needs and provide suitable insurance solutions.
Achieve and exceed telesales targets through effective sales strategies.
Build solid client relationships and identify cross-selling prospects.
Monitor market trends and competitor offerings.
Maintain sales reports, customer feedback, and market insights.
Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
Stay updated on insurance products and participate in training programs.
